Shandong Membrane Separation Materials Engineering Technology Research Center is approved by Department of Science & Technology of Shandong Province, and has well-experienced experts in charge of research and development of separation membrane and development of membrane technology application field.

 

The center has advanced equipment and instruments, such as membrane production equipment, membrane performance testing equipment, complete water quality analytical instrument, etc.: (first-rate membrane-making equipment and instruments) scanning electron microscope, contact angle tester, fiber strength tensile apparatus, ion chromatograph, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, COD/BOD tester, membrane reject rate tester, etc.; (advanced supporting equipment) micro-filtration, ultra-filtration, reverse osmosis, nano filtration, continuous electric desalination, seawater desalination, ion exchange, etc. The company can conduct simulation test and pilot experiment in application of membrane separation technology in various fields (such as material concentration, separation, purification, chemical material desalination, etc.)

 

R&D Center accelerates research and development of related new technology, new process and new equipment, conducts research of major critical, basic and generic technologies, conducts digestion, absorption and innovation of domestic and foreign technologies, and provides technical support for the company to absorb domestic and foreign advanced technologies and enhance product quality.
